To register your child for Poms at Lena Dance Company, print, complete and return this Program Registration Form to the office during office hours or you can use the mail slot in the front door.     

To purchase tickets for the Ski Day at Chestnut Mountain Resort in Galena, the username is Lena and the password is Ski2025
